The Job: Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Description: Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant
Location: Hybrid-Remote (Camden, ME or Newton, MA)
Schedule: September-May, Approximately 10 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $25

We are a small, woman-owned online marketing firm located just outside Boston, serving clients primarily in the home services industry (including many stone companies). Our team is growing, and we are seeking a reliable, deadline-oriented, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to join us part-time from September through May.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop a bank of social media content and blog posts based on assigned topics. While we encourage the use of tools like ChatGPT, your work should be polished and free of any AI-generated feel.
- Scheduling & Planning: Utilize our tools to schedule and plan content publishing across various platforms.
- Task Management: Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on time.
- Backup Support: Act as an emergency client contact and stand-in for team member days off.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Google Docs, and ChatGPT.
- Comfortable trying out new technologies.
- Ability to work well with small business owners.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
